He's called it the "sit out bench" at least once in this season already, but I think it's new aside from that.

I'm not sure if it was that particular episode, but they did try to get Amy Adams to come back and she really wanted to — the scheduling didn't work out.

I'm pretty sure they say on the DVD commentary that the iPod thing *was* just a coincidence. (At the very least, the placement wasn't paid for.)

I can imagine Ryan and/or Kelly trying to demand some sort of appearance fee, and PBS politely declining.

Bob Vance was at the wedding — he and Phyllis sat together at the ceremony. I don't remember seeing him at the reception/after party — maybe the actor's availability was limited?

It's WAY cheaper, but that shouldn't be an issue for Barney and his seemingly inexhaustible supply of cash and Robin's income from her…job? That she has? Maybe?

If his contract is anything like other reality shows', he won't be able to write about his time on the show at all — Bob, who won Gabon, wrote a book, and Survivor legal made him take out most/all of the content about the show before publication.

He's maybe the best toddler actor I've ever seen.

@avclub-884c4beddd8c98bb3b016bdfcc1bcdf8:disqus , exactly. We've seen Jim take the "I love you" card away from the teapot tons of times if we've rewatched the episode. Pam never knew. I didn't get teary from seeing it again, I got teary from seeing her see it for the first time.

But that's not who Nick is — the majority of the time, he doesn't (or can't) put his personal shit aside. He can be a stand up or responsible guy when it's dire (caring for his family for so long) but can't make a brunch, can't interpret Schmidt doing nice things for him as a gesture of friendship, can't treat women

I get that, but I also don't think "true closure" exists when you're someone whose emotional boundaries are as wobbly as Ted's.

Still waiting for the "no, no, I've been saying ANT Robin, guys, that funny nickname you have for your mom!"

I haven't seen a player have as much fun as Malcolm is since, well, the last time Malcolm played. It's great.

Wait, @avclub-7aee1b75b527e215f31e20a5c4e7a768:disqus . You don't get into ANY wacky scrapes?

She had a baby right after How Do You Know finished filming — when she was doing press for that I think she said she wanted to spend time with her kid and work less for a year or so.

The witness at Leslie's trial was actually from Little Sebastian's funeral, and not from the Harvest Festival. Do I feel like a nerd for remembering that? Yes. Do I feel like a dick for pointing it out? Absolutely. But here we are.
