Is it only me that can only see the 1st comment on these slide shows, and gets no scroll bar in that frame to see the rest?  Would LOVE to be able to actually READ comments on slideshows, but web browsers do NOT seem to like the HTML for that section. :(

Thank you, and thank you for explaining. I have been supporting y’all by NOT clicking through to anything while you were on strike, and with the timing of this, I am sure I am not the only one who needed clarification.   Glad to see y’all won, BTW.

Where I live, the restaurants have a FB group where they share photos of the dining and dashing customers. And they DO press charges if they can find them. Even our local PD has used social media to circulate photos of scofflaws.

Thanks for that info...but why is he adding his byline to Claire’s video?

Must be the scab that covered while Claire was out East participating in the strike. :( Not watching the video, thanks to your comment.  It would be disrespectful to all of those who were on strike. And to Claire.

Really...that foul tasting nail polish just made me bite my nails even more! I am AARP age now, and still bite my nails, although I think I am closer to your son in the way I do it. Manicures just were humiliating, and Mom’s kvetching didn’t help at all. It may have made things worse.

WRONG. And we PWD do NOT get upcharged for those seats either. We book early and NOT at the gate and we exercise our ACAA Rights.   READ the ACAA as well as each airline’s ACAA Policies page. Typical ableist response.

I bought an accessory set on Amazon that included a rack with skewers. Putting the rack above “light” food, and/it actually skewering it helps with the flying around issue.  It also came with pre-cut parchment with holes in it, which allows for messy foods without reduction of air circulation. The set was well worth

Oh, so my experiencxe as a disaqbled traveler and my rights under ACAA are not as I’ve described? You sir are woefully misinformed. What I said is 100% correct.

I enter a LOT of sweeps, and have even won some. They all already have my personal info, and I have a good junk filter for all that marketing.

Had one of those...it was a bitch to clean! The drape over a mug method is actually far superior!

I agree, depending on cook method. Since I’ve found the “drape over a mug” method, I rarely bother to cook bacon any way BUT in the microwave. Using a mug in a bowl allows you to capture and save all of that bacon fat, if you want, or use paper towels so you do not have to worry about what to do with it.

ja-lay-pee-os? Never quite heard it pronounced that way. ;)

They should just include the masks with the COVID tests!

I used to have a bartender who, when I ordered a Gimlet, would reply “We don’t have the onions.” I’d have to tell her I wanted a GIMLET, not a GIBSON every time. :)

We’ve been using a u/v sanitizing box, similar to a phone soap box, to sanitize between  uses. Is this not more effective that stashing them in a bag for a few days?

My fully vaccinated Dad only had 3 comorbidities, but I think the reason for his demise was deciding to leave his little protective bubble on an Island in Florida, with a 99% vax rate amongst residents, to visit his NYC residence after 2 years. Three days later, he was in the hospital with COVID. (Dad was 90, and had
