It sounds stupid, but I read and watched a lot of her interviews and she seemed to me that she's so confident about her body, I mean, she even did an episode about positive body image (2x12), so I was surprised to see that she had some work done (her breasts looked a bit bigger too, i think O_o)

I noticed her upper lip too, it's was actually a little distracting.. (Shallow, I know)
