The meme doesn’t imply anything. It flat out says what it means. A woman fears that at some point she will meet a man that will try to kill her. A man fears that at some point he will meet a woman who laughs at him.

The point is, women never know which men are capable of that, often u til its too late. But the percentage of men capable (or, willing) is far higher than women, statistically speaking.
