I really did love Blossom, in the way that a lot of girls my age and older loved and identified with Angela Chase. She was smart, and confident, and not conventionally pretty… I have no idea how it stands up, but I'd love to see The A.V. Club tackle it in some form or another.

I think if there's a "top tier" of canadian music popularity Arcade Fire would be at the very top, but Feist would still squeeze in. The festival doesn't claim to showcase the absolute most popular music the country has…

I took in two days of Sled Island this year, but I didn't bother to get a full pass, so my experience was limited.
