Looks like a Staph infection of some sort. I got one out of nowhere on my boob (perhaps from surfing). Sounds like a freak accident. Millions of people wear hair ties on their wrists with no adverse effects. But people should be aware of what Staph is and what it looks like so they can get it taken care of sooner…
