I don't think that's a "need" actually. Aside from direct sequels, the only really strong dependency is The Avengers gets a lot of backstory from Thor.

It wasn't really a question of physical deterioration. They used the original negative, but they digitized it at 4k resolution and removed artifacts that become obvious with that level of resolution from a film source.

They could supplement the episodes with youtube clips of Kevin Smith talking about Clerks to reach 10.

I'm waiting for one of his films to accidentally include a Sea Monkeys subplot.

Clark Kent, Barry Allen, Alan Scott, Ronnie Raymond, Nathaniel Adam.

Sometimes, he's a generic Air Force guy.

At least they can both agree to hate the Roma.

They are often at war with the Tuscans, from nearby Tuscon.

Well, I think that Arthur Conan Doyle's conception of an old man who was once a younger man is such a novel and original idea that of course his estate is entitled to complete and utter ownership of this film.

I wonder if there are people who just watch the couch gags this year, as they have had a few notable guest animators come in and do some?

When's the Aeneid going to get equal time? It's got tragedy, triumph, revenge, war, a big escape, ghosts and a trip to the Underworld, and a sexy, sexy queen.

Unfortunately, the sexbots were the first line of defense, and while their sacrifice was noble, none of the others really "gets" stuff like that.

Now I Use CGI to Look Like a Real Magician

the story of robots who must protect earth’s last human—an infant— from a horde of zombies

I think Don turning his "breakthrough" into an ad for Coke to get his old job back says there is no "new Don". I think people want to see ambiguity where there is none, because it says uncomfortable things about Don. I'm also working with what the episode presented, but I guess I'm putting the pieces together

"probably correctly assessing that he's just not suited for that."

Is "I'll go home and help my family get through Betty's cancer death while you stay the fuck away because really isn't that better for everybody?" a workable place?

I didn't think it was ambiguous at all. The physical resemblance between the resort clerk (IIRC) and the first singer in the ad is meant to be obvious. And the name drop of coke in the call to Peggy who also assures him that McCann will take him back. All the breadcrumbs are there.

One would think that Lobot is a job description not a name. If you perfected brain-hacking, would you do it one time on a remote outpost and never again in a galaxy full of planetary administrators who demand immediate results, usually on the QT?

Also, it helped launched the x-ray spec industry, whose backpage ads helped keep the comic book industry afloat. (Sea Monkies couldn't do it alone).
