Dorne can't feed everyone.

Given the wine production, I should think it was Dorne that Mediterranean, at least on the coast, perhaps with a desert interior like Australia.

Right, the wildling invasion is the only thing close to it, and that's more about running away from the walkers than towards food.

Yes, those are the people arguing that carbide content and various trace elements are important. And historically, people who worked the wootz into objects did so at low temperatiures.

In practical terms, they want a hook for next season in case they get renewed. Especially if they are on the bubble and really need viewers to come back in the fall.

The five year long winters are a huge problem.

If dragons looked like zeppelins, that gas buoyancy theory might hold. But they don't and it doesn't.

The best thing in Reign of Fire was the two guys performing a scene from Empire Strikes Back for the kids. That was a fresh and plausible take on what post-Apocalypse culture would be like. Everything else was just big dumb action movie stuff..

I don't think simply equating Valyrian steel to Damascus steel works, at least in the TV universe. They showed Ice being reduced to a molten state for reforging.

I didn't see that episode, but his parents were both Hindus from Gujarati state (right on Pakistan's border) so having him play a muslim Pakistani would not be a stretch.

It's the Gambler's Fallacy. This guy's been right so often, he's bound to be wrong soon. :-)

What a pointless episode.

That's "Mr. Action" if you're nasty. :-)

Hawkgirl wasn't a popular character at the start? I liked her immediately, and I liked seeing her without being overshadowed by a Hawkman. I guess I'm weird.

"Hmm, my boss and occasional ally against the forces of darkness was trying to reach me…Eh, probably nothing."

I'm just afraid it's going to involve Trubel sacrificing her Grimm powers by giving them to Nick after a lot of emotional turmoil over which of them would be better off with a "normal life".
