The two lawsuits really aren’t similar at all.  Accusations of studios cooking the books in regards to net profits have been around for decades, while Johannson’s lawsuit is very specific to the current entertainment landscape.

Ok, so today I learned it was/is bad to make fun of Rebecca Black, because it was mean but also more importantly there’s now someone new to make fun of.

I’m just curious who Rebecca Black’s next publicist will be after she realize’s “the Friday girl is back and ready to be taken seriously as an artist” is the only arrow the current one has got in their quiver.

The tone of this weirdly fawning PR piece for a Paris Hilton show is even weirder when you realize it was written by the same person who went hard on eviscerating Ellie Kemper for being a teenager once.

This is an absolutely enormous opportunity to make the highest grossing celebrity sex tape OF. ALL. TIME.
