I agree with you on the chemistry between Nathaniel and Rebecca. I've never seen any between Josh and Rebecca, and with Greg, I only saw it during that first date at the taco festival. After that, he was definitely more of an intellectual match for Rebecca than Josh was, but I didn't see any sparks, to be honest.

I love that Darryl is getting so much screen time and is becoming such an MVP for the show, but the way storylines/characters get dropped so quickly is a bit frustrating for me. I'm happy for Darryl that he gets to be Paula's "best male friend," but what happened to Sunil? Isn't Paula still spending time with him if

Yes, I was used to seeing him as creepy/strange, but then I saw him in The Detectorists, a great British series about a small-town metal detecting club. He was utterly sympathetic and endearing there.

Check out Fleabag, where she plays the most awful step-mother ever. She's seriously good in everything she does.

Your calling Rebecca "Bex" reminds me of how Josh says "prix fixe"—(hey, they're words that end in "x"!).

So much happened in these two episodes, it felt like they tried to do too much; but they pulled it off, because the actors are all just so good. I loved the "Who's the new guy?" song the most—Paula, Canadian Guy, Maya, Karen, and Gene/Gary/Glen/George were adorable.

I love the original Wham version of Freedom as much as Freedom '90. He wrote awesome pop songs that had much more depth than people realized back then.

Both Hunt for the Wilderpeople and "Mulder and Scully Meet the Were-Monster" feature the great Rhys Darby. I've loved him ever since Flight of the Conchords; he was hilarious in What We Do in Shadows, too.

Saw it today and really enjoyed it; I think it's better than The Force Awakens, which recycled too many moments/images from A New Hope. Rogue One made so many resonant connections to the original trilogy without feeling like a rehash. I felt a genuine sense of discovery and gained a new understanding of the Star

Okay, my two favorites, Heather and Hector, have to get together….

I KNOW—2016 has been a terrible year for many reasons, and the lack of DW hasn't helped. I've missed this show so much.

Kurt Vonnegut, Slaughterhouse-Five

A huge loss, but I'm, strangely, somewhat happy for him, because it seemed like he was ready for this. And given the election we just had, he's in a better place, now, I'm sure of it.

Hector's fast becoming my favorite. But I love all of the supporting characters—Judgey White Josh, Father Brah/Blah-Blah-Blah, "Besties!" Darryl—there's just a warmth that makes them all adorable.

Don Henley's "The Heart of the Matter"—the final chorus always gets me:
I've been trying to get down
To the heart of the matter
Because the flesh will get weak
And the ashes will scatter
So I'm thinking about
Forgiveness, forgiveness,
Even if, even if
You don't love me.
