I think the thing that always made Horizon less than ideal for me was the character design and interactions. I just didn’t ever click with the “thick chubby-faced weirdly blocky bodies” of all the characters, nor of the animations and ways they all spoke to each other.

This all also ignores the main reason that the end of Game of Thrones was rushed, and that’s that D&D had turned to work furiously on their Star Wars Old Republic trilogy, and in doing so lost interest in GoT and fumbled both.

I would love it if someone just remade everything from S7 onward, and made all of it longer and more coherent. The show deserved better.

The final season was six hours. Three movies would have probably been around six hours.

It’s where all the different sound effects, voice tracks, music etc are mixed together for the final cut.

So a friend is working for a business that has as its chief goal planting 10 billion trees. Another is fostering growth of new large-scale hydroelectric dams across the world. A third is helping drive investments in cheaper wind turbine manufacturing.

Sometimes with a guy like this I wonder where the line is being “being an asshole” and “the chemicals in his brain are completely f’d up”. It sounds like he has real mental issues and probably needs careful drug treatment to balance things out.
