This is really an underappreciated car, and I think relatively forgotten compared to the CERV Corvettes, all while arguably pushing more extreme engineering.

A couple of things support a counter-argument—

I’d vote for the XTerra. The ancient Frontier has been getting a lot of love lately and I have no reason why the XTerra didn’t deserve the same.

C7 Z51. I may be biased since i have one, but the Z51 is faster, offers a manual, and has more cargo space. You should see the looks on people’s faces when i come out of Sam’s Club with a full cart and proceed to load it all in the trunk of the Z51.  Priceless.

Pontiac Fieros don’t have cup holders of any sort, so this is how you store beverages (pic from one of the MANY Fieros I’ve owned). The gauge pod protrudes out of the dash and is tapered enough on the sides that medium to larger sized drinks and tumblers slip into the crevices. Just have to be super careful to not…
