There’s a few too many trump signs once you get out of the metro area here in MN. I think it’s a reaction to Walz being the VP pick, all the hardcore magats here have doubled down.

I must have got some weird factory one off Colorado, mine has a 6'2" bed...

Man, I haven’t seen a first or second gen Eclipse, Talon, or Laser out in the wild in years.

Found it:

Forget the car, I want that lift setup!

Sexy! I’ve been keeping an eye out for a Monster, always wanted one. Picked up this Tuono for $4k earlier this summer to pop my Italian bike cherry.

The only Italian vehicle I own is an Aprilia, and they skirt this problem by just having a fuel light.  Of course, I get to see it often because they somehow managed to have Rotax make a 1000cc V-twin that only gets ~30mpg.  My 2 year older Kawi Z1000 that makes similar HP and TQ numbers regularly gets 40+mpg.

Yes, pre-covid the deals were much better. Same dealer sold me a Camaro at invoice without even trying to haggle in 2018.

Hm? This was a Colorado, with the new model debuting for ‘23 so I couldn’t really wait as the order books were closing. I wanted an extended cab diesel ZR2 and those are rare as hen’s teeth.

I’m not innocent in this one as I egged on the road rager, but it was fun..

Not if you had a decent dealer.  Ordered my truck in March ‘22 and it arrived in June.  Paid about $3k under MSRP.

You picked about the most flattering pic for the ‘Yota. Whatever trim has the grill surround in silver.. oof.

You’re the manager.  Sounds like its time for a performance improvement plan.

You’re upset at an employee using all the sick time that he’s allowed? A whopping 14 days out of the ~250 working days in a year?

I know Subies are damn capable, but good god some of those “overland” builds have gotta be pushing twice the payload rating of the car..

It’s always amusing seeing pics of Tacoma’s with every possible ‘overlanding’ mod and light available, with the rooftop tent deployed in an obvious easily accessible campground.

My 6th gen Camaro had a standard mechanical latch and frameless windows, which dropped when you opened the door.

I’m pretty sure they’d move an ICE car outside after it caught fire as well?
