No inspection in Minnesota. Some of the vehicles on the road here make DT’s cars look downright safe and sensible.

with tires and being gutted

Did you read this article?  Dodge doesn’t get a pass, it’s mentioned in the 3rd paragraph.

This was a fun setup.

Poor old thing just wanted to take a nap

Grand Cherokee SRT drivers are the worst.

The 6th gen Camaro SS 1LEs are starting to dip into the 35k price range used, and are just some fresh fluids away from being track ready.

DCT isn’t great if you get stuck, either.  Buddy worked for a Hyundai dealer for a bit, had a Kona with the DCT.  For some reason he tried to follow me in my Xterra down an unplowed driveway, somewhere around a foot of snow.  We managed to push him out, but the smell coming from the clutches was something else.

Colorado Z71 / ZR2 get the rear sliding window stock, can be added to the lower trims.  Not power, though.  Not an issue with my extended cab, as I can reach it, but with the new ones all being crew cabs that makes it a bit tougher.  You can get a sunroof on the new ones, though.

Money no object? A Rolls Royce or Bentley with a chauffer on retainer to drive my mom around.  She’s perfectly capable of driving - no health issues or anything. She’s just not very good at it.

Laminated safety glass.  Tempered glass tends to shatter into many, many pieces if you tweak it wrong.  Been there, done that.

RWD is the easy way :D

GM is still doing skip shift, but it’s really only applicable to the Camaro now. As long as don’t try to shift out of first before 2500rpm or so it doesn’t kick in. More than 20% throttle (I think) will keep it from activating as well.  Although just toodling along not paying attention, it’s damn confusing when it

If you need a parking brake to slide in a snow filled parking lot, you’re doing it wrong.

Every trip with my pup was a rough one. He always had some anxiety during car rides, but it really got bad after he was about 5 years old. He wouldn’t throw up or anything, but would pant and drool, shake, and just be generally restless. Nothing would calm him down. Always made me feel helpless, not being able to calm

Those fender flares look terrible

High-Output engines produce up to 27 psi of turbo boost pressure, while the Base and Plus make 10 and 20 psi, respectively. All three power output levels are achieved on standard 87-octane fuel.

ZR2 front end kills the aero, and upping to 285/70 KO2's knocked it down a bit. Also my numbers are from the winter here, manages a bit better in the summer. With stock tires I saw 30-32mpg.

As mentioned in the article, that 15mpg average includes idling around off-road.

They’re just RPO codes, man.  Takes all of 2 seconds to figure it out.
