Diesel prices seem to me normalizing here in the Twin Cities. Last few weeks they’ve been all over the place, a 60-70 cent spread just across the metro. Travel an hour north and there were pockets that were $1 or more cheaper, then 30 minutes past that back up over $5.

The A-Arms are a custom long travel setup, which was kind-of mentioned in the post, although not very clearly.

Been pretty happy with the 181hp / 379lb/ft 2.8l babymax in my ZR2. Happier with the 25mpg overall and 30+mpg straight highway on my last road trip.

A lot of those folks are also weirdly proud of removing sway bars. Rear sway bars, not a big deal. My truck didn’t even come with a rear sway from the factory. But one guy in a Facebook group (already low hanging fruit) proudly proclaimed, in regards to the front sway bar, that “sway bars are for inexperienced…

How do these not have a stand alone fail-safe that steers them to the side of the road?

As a singleton, a coupe can be great depending on your hobbies.  It would have to be a second vehicle for me, and was for a while.  Had a Camaro that was great, but realized it was too much money just sitting in the garage all winter.

I first started looking into ZR2s around ‘18/’19.  Think I remember a couple times you could get close to 35k for a new ZR2 off the lot.  

Seems to be the way GM is going with it.  Chevy will get the base work truck version, while GMC stays higher trim.  I think it’s a good way to go.  There was too much overlap with the previous gen for the sake of a nameplate.   GMC has always targeted the more premium offerings anyways.

Those Sargento marketers must have cheesed all over themselves when that happened..

2015 F-Type R is one of my Want vehicles.  And I probably shouldn’t have just looked them up on Autotrader, they seem to be going for 40-50k which I could afford if I felt like living on ramen for the next 7 years or so.

So far, Chevy hasn’t been included in this ‘option’, so the Colorado is safe.  When I was setting up Onstar after I bought mine, the agent was very surprised that I didn’t want the additional 2 free months - which required CC info.  Hell no, you’re not getting my CC info just so you can make it a giant pain in the ass…

You said it yourself.. this is a naked bike, not a sport tourer.  Which is why they didn’t give it a windshield.
