Not quite as fast, but I picked this up in the spring and it’s been a blast:

Do you have to be a pro driver to buy a $250k car? Do you need to be a pro golfer to spend $2k+ on clubs? Do you need to be a pro fisherman to spend $100k+ on a boat and fishing gear?

Neutral:

Inline 6 would like a word

Huh.. I finally relented and did some upgrades to my PC in late 2019, including an RX580 GTS that I bought for $190.

Tempting idea.. but mine is just a boring SS 1LE

MN is a front plate state.  I haven’t had one on the Cramro since I bought it.  Makes it tough to not violate the ‘only break one law at a time’ rule, but I have yet to be bothered over it.

1LE is a track pack, not a drag pack. No options for rear gearing in the 6th gens.

Now playing

They also did one a few years back in downtown St. Paul.

I don’t understand how they let it get so bad.  They always touted the lengths they went to get accurate sounding cars.

You don’t buy a 1LE to go drag racing, anyways.

The premise was ‘converting to a 1LE’.   That’s not converting it to a 1LE, that’s putting cheap suspension and cheap tires on a car.

Eh, one of the bigger selling points of the SS 1LE is that it comes with the electronic diff, and it’s not something you can add on.

Well, you added 10k of options to the Jeep and only 4k to the X5M. I built them out and it was 92k / 117k. I mean, if you’re buying the M version why wouldn’t you add the Comp / M package stuff?

For an extra 20k I would hope so.

Have the Trackhawks been popping engines?  There was one at a track day last year and that thing could move. Sounded great, too.

Maybe it’s ‘cause FLCL was a short series.. I love FLCL but a lot of other anime is too ‘anime’ for me.

They can occasionally do good wheels.. I’m a bit biased but I think the 1LE wheels are pretty damn nice. And no porosity!

I’ve been looking for an extended cab ZR2, and it’s the same story. Any used one out there is too close to new pricing that it doesn’t make any sense.
