The roof rack has been the essential euro-mod for a bit now.  It seems every lowered BMW / Audi / MB around here has a roof rack with either a cargo box or basket on it.

There’s shortages going around the bike industry, because everyone and their cousin is out buying bikes. A local (large) bike shop chain had their largest sales weekend in the 40+ year history of the shop about 2 weeks ago, and no signs of slowing down.

Considering both Oovee and Pavel have officially refuted the ‘time bomb’ speculation, I’d say you’re the one peddling alternative facts.

I took my moto test about 10 years ago with my 2005 Kawi Z1000. A bit much for a first bike, I know, but managed to keep it in one piece and stay out of any (major) trouble.

Both Oovee (original spintires publisher) and Pavel (developer) have claimed it was DRM / lack of communication and not a ‘time bomb’.

This is why I just won’t drive my Cramro in the winter here (MN).  Yeah, it’s just a car.. it’s meant to be driven.. etc etc.  But no amount of protection / washing will stop that salt spray from getting everywhere.

Controller is best right now.  The Covid situation didn’t allow them to properly test wheel support.  Some wheels work, but it sounds like force feedback and some other things aren’t working properly.

Actually it is.  The rumor is that the original publisher of Spintires screwed the devs out of some cash.  So they went on to a different publisher and continued their work in the form of Mudrunner and now Snowrunner.  Spintires is still going with the original publisher but not developer.

Spintires is the original, but the publisher pulled some shady stuff and tried to screw the devs out of some money.  So the developers moved on to making Mudrunner and Snowrunner.

Unfortunately, no.  It bugs me too, but I still enjoy the game enough to overlook it.

Sounds like you need better tires.  Can’t spin mine past second gear unless temps are below what’s recommended for the tires (<40*f).  And that’s with 455hp/455tq.  305's in the rear are nice.

Other rumors are that the Grand Sport will keep up the tradition of Z06 body / suspension / brakes with a base or slightly tuned engine, and the E-Ray will be the entry hybrid option.

I’m an ‘essential’ worker in the metro area of MN. The reduced traffic has been very nice, but between the average Minnesotan’s obsession with staying in the left lane and other folks who want to go 20+ over.. I’ve seen some interesting driving the last couple weeks.
