Lots of folks are 'too chicken to root', but once you do you will never use an unrooted phone again. It makes that much difference to actually OWN the device, and make it YOURS.

I think I'll play around with this. I just checked the value of my Canon FTB QL SLR and it's 1/10th the original price.. So I'll keep it, but I will also sacrifice a lense to see if I can to a tilt/shift set up for my DSLR... Only thing I need extra is a Canon to Minolta adapter.
