I dunno - work to appeal to a more widely diverse fan base? That's what I'd do if I ran a digital media platform…but then again, as another commenter has mentioned here, I'm not here to tell the AV Club how to run their business. Hell - I'm still pissed about the Adventure Time reviews getting dropped, man…

You know what, in this case, I rescind my previous statement. The "demographic" for Power is actually quite active in other social media platforms…if they're not sharing that love here, then I'd say that the onus rests upon the AV Club to encourage that traffic in this direction. Not the other way around.

You're not wrong. Case in point: Thousands of Twitterers expressed outrage today over the cancellation of The Nightly Show, asking 'how could they' while knowing full well that for most of them, their actual support of that programme via viewership or social media interaction was part-time at best. Cut the fuckery, McNutt. You saw this episode almost 24 hours ago just like the rest of us - post the review already

The whole episode was self-assured, masterful swag…I was already clear on this before it took the opportunity to Abbey-Road Saul & his ragtag film crew. Beyond excited to see if the season finale sticks the landing or if they saved their best storytelling for the penultimate episode, a la The Wire…

At least give the episode credit for this: It successfully [and rather ironically] executed PRECISELY the scene that most fans of The Walking Dead were awaiting five nights before, to little or no avail…

I'm glad you pointed out your misgivings with the episode 5 storyline so I won't feel bad neglecting to comment on it; besides, my attention span is short (missed you last week by the way!). That said, even if that episode was arguably weak, the plotlines and topics addressed therein would be considered groundbreaking
