I was aware of the product placement this season, but man what a letdown on the ending of that first sketch. To ruin a perfectly absurd premise with a f*ckin' Maybeleine tag is just wrong.

Yeah, I hear ya. I'm not out to ruffle any feathers, I can only reference my point of view which is similar to yours. As a comedy lover I lean towards Tandy, but if we're rooting for people that represent us personally, I'd have to back Todd, as I'm not getting any skinnier or less bald.

I as big an SNL apologist as it gets, but I didn't think this episode was that great. Where are all the great performers these days? Outside of maybe Cecily, it doesn't feel like anybody elevates the material. And please don't say "Leslie Jones!"

She has a Tim Tebow thing going for her which is what really bothers me. Tons of attention while being terrible at her profession. Nobody ever wants to hack the fifth best hvac guy at his company's computer. :(

Its kind of strange. I'm just a guy that thinks she's terrible at comedy and was only put on screen because of the racial backlash, but I would never wish her any harm. I'm not sure why people would attack her online…

Geez I couldn't disagree more. I don't even like L Jones but I thought she was actually better than McKinnon in the movie.

Speaking of the subtitles, I noticed a lot of white background this season that made the subtitles a bit tougher to read at times.
