That always bothered me about the Japanese language version.  English dub Zoro puts a finger between his teeth when he’s got a sword in his mouth.  Much better.

Because it’s new. The vast majority of games in the top 30 are live games that have been out forever. Those games being all over Twitch is nothing new, but this game is.
