I would’ve put Maleficent at #1 simply because it was the only remake I’ve seen that really made me feel anything. Angelina Jolie’s performance when Maleficent got her wings cut off was heart wrenching.

It seems to also be a common theme for Kotaku to pick writers who have absolutely no interest in the subject to write a snarky article about it. I’ve been seeing this happen more and more on this website. It’s like most of these writers don’t even care about the actual subject of the site.

“Derry Girls (Oct. 7) returns for its final season, and if you aren’t watching this crude, hilarious, and heartfelt ‘80s Northern Ireland-set British import”

I saw Gremlins when it first released - I was eight years old. When the Gremlin blew up in the microwave I went running out of the theater with my mom chasing after me. I didn’t see the movie again until much older. I love it now.

Very true

Truth

Whelp.. there’s a dog in this movie and it’s a horror film so I won’t be watching this. NOPE.

He’s just mad they beat him to it.

Good lord, we don’t live in a medieval city. Sheesh...

Lincoln, Nebraska is a college town. There are a lot of gamers around here, actually, myself included. However, the last few times I’ve ever walked into a GameStop they seem like the most miserable places ever. I’d rather just buy digitally online.

All I know is Kai is awesome and I am so glad she did not die in that ship! She reminds me of Brienne of Tarth, who I also loved, and look forward to seeing way more of her!

Master Cheeks!

Not to mention a summertime country drive in Nebraska will absolutely cover your windshield in bug goo. LOTS of bug goo.

Besides.. especially in the main characters place - wouldn’t it make sense that she still moved the way she always moved? She’s the same person!

As a person who suffers from health anxiety I wish I didn’t read that - but then again I wish I could stop reading articles like these in general. :(

“Tired of beat saber?” here’s an opportunity to beat your own saber!

Too bad the lag in this game is so bad it takes an extra five minutes just to end a conversation with an NPC or a few seconds after firing off your weapon to see a monster’s death animation. I don’t remember it being this bad when I initially played but it’s terrible now.

They sure are making it easier and easier to want to leave WoW and this entire company behind.

I’ve played this game non-stop and aside from a random crash to desktop I’ve had no issues. I even finished all the Ostara stuff in one day. River Raids ran fine. I guess I’ve been lucky - I had no idea the game had that many problems.

Great scott!
