It seems to also be a common theme for Kotaku to pick writers who have absolutely no interest in the subject to write a snarky article about it. I’ve been seeing this happen more and more on this website. It’s like most of these writers don’t even care about the actual subject of the site.
I could’ve done without that ending. Would’ve preferred something more subtle. A scream of shock when looking inside and an ending would’ve been much more frightening.

I saw Gremlins when it first released - I was eight years old. When the Gremlin blew up in the microwave I went running out of the theater with my mom chasing after me. I didn’t see the movie again until much older. I love it now.
