I’ve still not really let myself get into many Twitch streams, and tend to only watch streamers who only occasionally interact with their stream (or have specific breaks in game where it makes sense to do so). I cannot stand hearing a train of thought be derailed over and over.

“Well, my thought process about choosing

The UI is better, but I think that it also comes down to how much time I had in CK2.  There is a simplicity to a lot of the screens, and much of the information is easier to get to and understand.  However, a lot of it is still tucked away behind buttons you may never notice until you watch someone else use an option

Maybe?... ‘Used to be a professional piece of shit’?

The Good: I played a veritable ton of Crusader Kings 3 and THPS1+2 this weekend (and Friday!).  Apparently, none of the insane amount of hours I played THP1+2 transfers over to playing on an Xbox controller.

I worked at one inside of a mall. If you stood on the roof of the mall, you could see two strip-mall style buildings that each housed another GameStop.  At one time, there was talk of adding another down in what we call the ‘West End’, which is still off this main road.  There would have been four GameStop locations

I’ve had no hope for this title, and hadn’t even really watched much on it until a little while ago when I saw the Rodney Mullen interview and had a wave of nostalgia smack me in the face from middle school. I’ve watched NerdCubed absolutely giggle at how much this game is what we remember and more.

Oh, Ubisoft...

I’ve been an early adopter of almost every system, but I think this one will be the first one I wait until an after holiday sale, or at least a system packaged with a game I find interesting.

I kinda miss the days where I’d generate self-hype by putting another twenty dollars towards a system I’d pre-ordered after a

Still haven’t used the controller I got from it, but it is awesome.

That last one is going to be name of the marketing division head who approved this.

I was an ASM at Gamestop, and this was like prime ‘terror-inducer’ for me.

It’s harder to stack stuff on top of it when there are vents.

Still dipping my toe into Crusader Kings 3, but I’ve got both Spiritfarer and the Walking Dead: The Telltale Definitive on tap (Played all but the last season).  Trying to wrap my head around some of the more intricate stuff in CK3, and find the hidden things that weren’t explained super well.

Technically, it’s just a better version of an old game.

Thank you.  This was driving me crazy, and I felt like I was missing something.  You confirmed that I was.

The difference between considering a game something to overcome, and considering a game something to experience.

I’d be happy to just know that the 137 upcoming DLC’s for it won’t make any major changes to how the systems work.  The barrier for re-entry into CK2 after any appreciable time time was worse than originally learning the game.

XKCD has everything.

Making lists feels good, and makes me feel productive... and then I do nothing with them.  It’s one thing to recognize what you need to do and do it.  And another to make a whiteboard monument to my lazy sins that stays up to mock me until I make another one.

I wasn’t joking when I said I probably clocked close to 9 hours a day for three straight months, and then probably still another two or three hours a day for the next couple of months. If I still had the memory card, I could verify... but probably well over a 1000 hours. I remember basically saying that I was going to
