If you change one small thing does it break 6 different things indirectly, earn you the hate of a random subreddit, and then get your game indefinitely blacklisted? Because then it would be closer to a sim imo

Iconoclasts is a great playing game that’s kind of...not ruined, but definitely knocked down quite a few pegs by really, really, really painful, overly preachy writing. The gameplay is excellent, but the writing really turned me off of it.

Honestly losing isn’t that bad. Just focus on doing better each time and trying to fix the mistakes you made that led to your last death and eventually you can get a win. The queue times are like 30 seconds and you get right back into a brand new game, so you can die immediately 10 times in a row and still not feel…
