As a 2014 ATS owner, (manual, 2.0) I take service at Van Chevrolet Cadillac in KC. I am very impressed with the Cadillac service team, but when they are not availabke, every GM commissioned service advisor trick in the book is in play. Makes the case for separate franchises.
