All rich people dodge taxes. While I doubt HRC “hasn’t paid taxes in years”, I’m sure she too has tax exemptions that you and I will never be able to take advantage of (unless we all open charities to launder our money). The IRS would do well to close these loopholes that the rich routinely use.
