That is interesting. I tend to only buy new music and obtain my older music through different ways.

I was trying to remember her name as I was writing that.

It's good to have a strong take.

I have all kinds of issues with Tarantino but the man can build a soundtrack that is for sure.

Really? Because I think that this could be debated.

Loved the movie despite it's flaws. It struck me this week while I was thinking about Bowie. That without Bowie there would be no Ziggy Stardust and without Ziggy there would have been no Hedwig and there would be no Velvet Goldmine either. I love Hedwig almost as much as I love Ziggy.

Who actually watches this show? Anyone. Or do people just watch the clips from it that seem to pop up on every entertainment site?

I enjoy his music but even that video was a little to twee for me.

I love Under the Skin. That is one that stuck with me for sure.

I would argue that "It works well for the movie" is the point of the score more so then anything else and as a fundamental part of the experience of seeing the film it is easily Oscar worthy. Stand alone sure not so much. But in the context of the film as a visual and sound experience I think it more than qualifies.

January 2016 fucking sucks so much dick right now. Shit…..total bullshit.

No Mad Max for best original score. That is an outrage!

Thank you for being willing to share this with us.

One of my favorites and as far as I am concerned off of one of the best rock albums of all time. Ziggy for ever. A thousand years Ziggy Stardust!!!

I am finding it impossible to read these articles and the comments sections without being overwhelmed emotionally.

I had an interesting interaction with him on twitter. As a result I am now blocked from viewing his twitter page.

But she can pass. So win, win?

Equal parts insanely excited and filled with dread fearful of what may come.

I have long aspired to be a long-hair wastrel.
