I can’t believe Final Fantasy VII Rebirth is finally getting released, and I still won’t be able to play it for at least another year. Because...ugh, maaannnnn....should I just bite the bullet and get a PS5?

With regard to ‘Top Gun’, it is important to remember that the US military (taxpayers) basically subsidized that movie. The DoD only charged $1.8 million for the use of the air-base, aircraft carriers, and planes (flown by navy pilots). So that number is a little skewed.

They really should be taken to court for this. Licenses expiring is a common thing in digital distribution. The solution is to pull the licensed content from the store, not user libraries. That’s been the standard practice for games, I don’t see why it should be any different for movies or TV shows.
