Pegg drop kicks an old lady right in the face. It is the best movie.

I would imagine warplanes don’t really amortize much, since they keep changing - the tech in a modern fighter, even if the airframe is from the seventies, probably keeps changing and increasing in price. WWII fighters probably amortized more, in those quantities built, and they remained mostly unchanged throughout

STORY TIME: This bizarre, non-aware self promotion reminds me of something I saw during my time as an LM help desk guy. In one of their buildings in Florida, there was a very small room that connected two wings of a building together; over the course of a few months, they turned this little room into a tiny, weird

Which looks really dynamic and cool in animation, but when you think about it for a second it’s a nightmare to deal with it in a realistic sense.

The black and metallic colors livery is freakin’ awesome.

Every E3 is worse because:

Taught my 6’1” female friend how to drive stick in my car. Was a good non-date.

Of course, but with a stick your hands are almost always tied up with vehicle operation, so attention to your surroundings is almost enforced, rather than automatic vehicles where you can choose to watch a phone rather than the road and continue to operate the car much more easily. (I’m sort of personal proof of this,

Yeah. Or driving games ripping off other driving games because they dared to use a steering wheel and pedals.

I watched all the cinematics for this game and love the soundtrack, but Justin McElroy’s review is one of the funniest of all time. Truly a hard to love game.

Love it when someone tries melee combat with more than Light Attack, Heavy Attack, and Block or Dodge Roll. Lots of old PC games messed with that and they were always janky but tons of fun. Maybe my most hype game reveal I’ve seen so far this E3.

I love the first Mirror’s Edge despite its very real problems. Not liking some of the details presented here, the *incredibly* trite theme of ‘authoritarian dystopias are bad’ and literally stealing Morgan Freeman from Oblivion (or a dozen other movies) doesn’t imbue me with the sense that I’ll be interested in any of

98% sure that guy’s voice actor also voices Patrick Star. Lara part of Spongebob universe, confirmed

I felt like the huge amount of armor variants that showed up in Halo 3 was just a sort of non-continuity graphical thing - that Halo lore didn’t include like 50 different Mjolnir helmets and chests. Guess I was wrong. Seems a bit silly to me.

That’s the line I can’t cross. I hated Prometheus for the same reason. I cannot suffer fools onscreen. I was already not going to see this for the blatant nostalgia mining, and the casting of Pratt for all the wrong reasons, but now I’m totally out.

Talking about animu on a sports website is strange, but yes, I thought it a little hard to swallow when the players willingly put those helmets on for round two of VR MMORPG. Also, it was a good show and almost touching at times, until it took those hard turns into hentai-ville with a dash of incest.

How amazing would it be though if a US ventured teamed up with Marrusia? We could have Rocky IV themed team cars.

I actually wouldn’t, given the stink of USA failure in F1. I’d rather not see a big ol Old Glory car in last place, further cementing the (wrong) idea that we can’t compete in F1.
