I noticed this as well; while the pictures aren't dated, I would have thought CRT tv production worldwide has dropped so low as to make them more expensive by virtue of no longer being mass produced (and LCDs are made by the ton in south Korea as well), you'd think you could get a 19" LCD tv there for very little.
