Tax a barrel of oil when? When it’s pumped out of the ground? When it’s transported in or out of the USA? When it is refined? I would like to understand this. If he really wants to go after the oil companies, I would like to see him capture this revenue even for oil that is exported or imported. If it is only captured…

I do this and I hope other do as well.

I see that the whole lot is empty. Why did the pickup asshat driver choose to park next to the BMW? No reason to start that. I’ve had that happen to me. I drive and BMW (did not double park) but some p.o.s. minivan was parked right up against my car when the WHOLE lot was empty. Why?
