You’re absolutely right that a new person coming into a fitness class for the first time may not understand that they’re not doing something correctly, or that they’ve been TOLD to do something incorrectly. This is the approach I’m taking this year. As a couch potato that was only sporadically hitting the gym (Maybe once every month. Maybe.) I’m not diving into the “Every Other Day” schedule I tried to get into last year. I’m keeping it simple at one day a week, at least one hour.
