I'm queer and I don't get the hate.

Complaining that a rapper ripped off anyone is rich, considering ripping other people off is what rappers DO.

A lot of us (straight CIS people) have family or close friends who are LGBTQ. We all have vested interests in the cause (Macklemore has a gay uncle). It's not Macklemore's fault that his album blew up, but frankly I'm glad because (besides enjoying his music) it might pave the way for lesser known queer artists.

How dare straight people advocate on your behalf! Don't they know that you can make social change through angst and burning things? Ugh!

How do you know he has very little knowledge of gay people? You talk about patronizing, but comments like the ones you're spewing are more patronizing and harmful than anything coming out of Macklemore's perfectly coiffed head.

I suppose Macklemore's biggest mistake was that he didn't get famous 20 years ago. Shame on him for that.

I just...didn't want Angelina. Maleficent is my favorite Disney character ever and I wanted someone more cold and angular...like Anjelica Huston.

I have mixed feelings about what I've seen of this movie, but Angelina looks flawless in it. She is dead-on without being too cartoonish.

I wanted to hate on this so bad, but I can't. As much as I can't stand all of the Disney fan art crap being bandied about the internet like it's some kind of religion, this genuinely looks really cool.

This one looks WAY better than the first one. I love the "White Witch" vibe she's giving off as the leader of the army of Ent-like things.

I am not ashamed to say that I really am looking forward to seeing this.
