From what I heard it was the family that said she was shot in the back of the head, which the police later said was not true, she had been shot in the front.
I actually am rather curious about that too. But from all the information that has been put out, along with this charge it seems like whatever happened during that missing time is irrelevant to him shooting her in the face.
Yea my understanding is that her body was found hours later, by the time they would have gotten to a toxicology for him it may have been too late.
