If the owners of the dog are to ignorant and egocentric to train the dog or to simply just go out and tell the dog to shutup; then you damn right im gonna try to do something about it if it means trying to train it myself. The neighbor behind me has dogs he keeps in kennels (in a fenced in yard...) They’re out there 24/7. EVERY TIME I go outside (multiple times a day) they bark and growl and charge their cages. The one that runs loose in the yard charges the fence.
