That’s why I’ve pretty much stopped reading any articles and posts chronicling White people’s shitty behavior towards everybody not White. I’m just tahd.

I’ve always said that White people have made a profession out of laying their sins on the backs of everyone NOT THEM, and then telling everybody they’ve done that to, to fix themselves and/or take responsibility.

I have a very strong suspicion that they could have handed her any old piece of paper, told her it was a passport, and she would’ve been none the wiser. She doesn’t seem like the kind of person whose traveled more than a mile or two from her house at any time in her life. How the hell would she know what a passport

That’s also some of the laziest crap it’s possible to do too. That way they never have to try to be better than they are, especially when they think they’re already born great.

Exactly! Rose is the “common man” through which we are meant to experience the different sides of this world. Her purpose in the narrative is to show Finn who and what the rebellion is fighting for and about, and Canto Bight was a perfect example of that. You have to see both sides next to each other, the slavery of

I’m reminded of an incident in Europe, I can’t recall the name of the settlement now, but an entire settlement of white people died on the banks of a river teeming with fish, because it either didn’t occur to them to fish, or they thought it was beneath them to do so. They all starved to death! If that don’t tell you

White people invented the word, and horribly abused it (and Black people)), and now they seek to avoid the consequences of having created it by arguing that there should be no physical repercussions for its continued use.

Hey, we’re just following their example.
