That is nonsense, Robert claimed the throne due to his Targaryen genes, he can't invalidate the Targaryen genealogy otherwise would be invalidating his own claim. So Robert's heir would actually be Daenerys, because his claim to the throne came from his grandmother Rhaella Targaryen.
