FreeNAS 8 is looking good. I tried FreeNAS previously and was a little disappointed (had issues with multiple user permissions...). Eventually I bought a Synology.

Google Hangouts can do it to now and I'd much simpler to set up.

Also the HTC One has awesome sound quality... really awesome stereo speakers. And the camera (although low in MP) has a great sensor and lens and work really well for stunning images in low light.

Same here... I've never had Windows, but I really would love to use MediaMonkey. I don't want to be locked-in... and thus use Android and/or iOS... so iTunes does not work for me either since it kinda locks me in to iOS devices.

I'm sure I can 3D-print that sucker!

Same here... Except I also bring out the Bialetti when the parents come over... You know... Europeans.

In the past day alone I have used all top three brewing methods... Love then all. They all have their place.

Vote: AeroPress

Yup, I use that to heat up my coffee for my AeroPress!

Why specifically 3?

Clearly you confuse debt with using credit cards and paying off the balance completely every month. I have credit cards, I use them and never pay any intrest. ever. They actually pay me quite a tidy sum in cash-back every year for purchases I make.

Now playing

My grandmother taught me how to easily break pretty strong string with only your hands.

I wish Google Hangouts will actually start working better. It's slow, uses 100% CPU no matter the CPU or quality settings, buggy, bad audio equality/echo cancellation, and I never know on which tab/account it is ringing.

I did not think this was a 'hack' either. I thought it was actually made for paper clips...

Fans only bring you to room temperature faster.

I have the Fiio D3 ($25). It does not have USB, but it does have optical and normal digital in; and outputs to my small desktop/headphone amplifier via RCA.

Mac, since I can run Windows VMs on it. (Not the other way round.) I develop for OS X and iOS, and use Windows for SAP ABAP Work. (I'm an Android user however)

I remove DRM when I remove region encoding. I travel a lot and have a lot of DVDs from the places I've lived. But DVD drives and software do not allow you to switch between them (indefinitely).

On that topic, if audio notifications from applications could also contain positional information, that would be useful. Like which application generated it etc.

None of these beats the Mac Mini for size.
