File copy is now only the most recent amongst many lifehacker votes that I really think Total Commander have had too small a mention. Total Commander is a *tiny* program that can queue, throttle copies between directories. It is also an excellent multi-rename tool! Then it is also a superb sftp/scp/ftp client!

Why can't I vote using Safari 4 public beta? Just tried on Opera 10 and it worked.
