Most of the actresses/actors do not sing their own songs in Hindi cinema. Playback singers are used.

I must be a bad feminist because to me the whole thing is bullshit and a really great way to not be taken seriously at all. I usually only comment on celeb stuff around here, but this has my panties and my bra all in a twist.

I like the idea of this movement ending with men having to wear shirts in public. We some some dude today walking down the street, glistening with sweat. His hairy fucking back, neck and breasts, appearing as though they were covered with baby oil. Nope, that’s sweat folks!

“This push for women to go topless in the 21st century is as strong as women wanting to vote in the 20th century,”

I think it's dis tasteful for a man to go topeless. Id like my right to not have a tan line on my boobs though. In my yard. On any beach. Or for others to have the right to be like any ol person walking down the street shirtless, whatever my opinion.

That is not true. Limiting access to guns will affect those who have a short-term down turn by removing a method with a high perceived level of certainty and short planning stage, much like limiting access to lethal drugs does.

“Please excuse Ally from doing the hokey pokey today...” -from Ms. Brooks’ kindergarten papers

Maybe one day society will mature to the point where we can look at the positive and the negative of individuals without having to throw out the entirety of a person’s legacy for one failure on their record. People are flawed. There are no heros. If you dig deep enough into ANYONE, you can find grounds to reject them.

That’s not the point he’s making though; he didn’t say, “Whoa, put your shirt on, you whore.” Or anything remotely like it. He said this particular display wasn’t feminist.

So you’re saying we shouldn’t address uncomfortable but important facts because they make us uncomfortable? So let’s just hide our heads in the sand and pretend the origins of these men don’t matter, because if we ignore it it will go away, right? You do realise how stupid you sound, right?

so this comment is mostly bullshit. But like some bullshit there is a kernel of truth. the whole thing about loyalty oaths and denouncing people? this is very typical of the Left devouring its own. If you aren’t “pure” enough you are the enemy. I’ve seen it happen on my campus. There is almost no room for nuance, you

All in the line of doodie.

You should be proud of me that I got as far as I did!. Regardless of the details, I stand by the sentiment! :P

I am very rarely a commenter, but I read Gawker for the comments at least as much for the articles. The staff authors merely provide fodder for the actualy writers, the folks down below the main text. Just my opinion. Not trying to start shit with you.

A thing to consider Kara; I’m not a frequent or regular commenter on here but I do READ the comments (I just don’t tend to have time at work to comment on things). Having never read one of your articles before I was initially like, “jeez this is a hilarious review and smart writing” but also thought the high chair

That’s interesting. Why have Kinja/comments at all? Why make such a point about writers engaging in comments on their posts, if commenters aren’t valuable?

“Somewhat oddly, our hostess asks if we’ll be needing a highchair which, yeah, I’m literally holding a toddler and that’s generally what they sit in ”
Wow, fuck you. Why am I even reading this?

lol ok.

this is a little defensive for a valid point about being offered a chair?
