1) There is a 7 second delay in "live" broadcasts. Something to do with the switch to digital. And if you have DirecTV, it's more like a 10-12 second delay.

Fair enough... but even by showing it as true within Girls and that it exists, it is also in some way perpetuating this idea that weight matters. I think at the crux of this article is that weight shouldn't be addressed at all, it should be a non-issue.

Actually, I do shoot video as well :D and I very much enjoy it! I'm just not as skilled at it. And I'd be glad to shoot some short films of female directors. Is that what we need - some sort of documentary about the lack of female filmmakers? (seems very meta to me!) In any case, I want to see more incentive…
