I’m actually surprised it wasn’t turned into a reality show. All the networks want content. They would have made a TON of money off it

Watching the video of the event, I couldn’t help but think that the dancing is very similar to professional dancing done at live sporting events. And the GOP (ESPECIALLY in TX) always have sports on. So they really are just being massively homophobic.

I dislike almost every Texas-based tv show or plot for this reason. I live in Dallas and have maybe seen someone wearing a cowboy hat and boots...... less than 3 times in 10 years? Even outside the city it’s pretty rare.

Literally same. I’ve thought about it every day since I watched it. Very graphic, VERY unsettling, unbelievably well acted. One of the more shocking things I’ve seen on television, that’s for sure.
