I am fortunate enough to live in a small, rural area and we know the beekeepers. You go to their house to pick up the honey, you know when they are robbing the hives. You ask about their kids and their momma, LOL! I actually wouldn't want to buy from a store, regardless of whether it was from China or not.

Well, it IS a little trade secret but I will share it.
