Having seen both and had a few hours to think about them, I respectfully disagree. The Netflix movie has more details of the festival itself, but the Hulu one goes into more of the economic details of the scam. The Hulu one paid McFarland for an interview, but they used that access to absolutely go for the throat,

Iconic director gives opinion of remake of his most iconic work.

1) don’t come for Tilly like that

guess you forgot to invite me to that meeting, The Last Jedi is the most fun I’ve had with a Star Wars movie since the original trilogy ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

nah man last jedi rocks.

Huh?

Say what you will about ep.8, but that purple hair is a good look for her

Says way more about you than it does about the episode.

I liked bits and pieces of this episode. I liked the work they did with Sabrina and Harvey and I think that is one of the themes we will get in this upcoming season. I actually jumped a bit (Even though I knew it was coming) at a couple jump scares. I thought that the work they did to introduce Sabrina’s mother into

Politics Corner - ‘Obamacare’ in Peril edition. The ACA was upheld with Chief Justice Roberts as the swing vote. The challenge was about the individual mandate that incentivized people to buy plans by making them pay a penalty for staying uninsured. Roberts ruled that the mandate was a tax, and therefore fell under

The Ambrose thing is confusing because it started as him being granted the right to go the magic academy to work for Father Blackwood with Father Blackwood promising to try and gain him complete freedom. But then as soon as he started working at the academy he seemed to just be able to go where he wanted? I suppose

This definitely was a B, though if it was twenty minutes longer it would have let the problems come about/get resolved a lot more naturally and wouldn’t have seemed so rushed and neatly tied up. Like, it definitely accomplished a lot without really moving any plot along too much, par for the course for a Christmas

I’m an avid reader. I’ve spent the past few years tearing through some of literature’s biggest doorstops. It took me more than a month to get through “Ready Player One,” because I just... couldn’t... pick... it... up... AGAIN. I haven’t seen the movie, because it probably would sit in my streaming queue for even

Game of Thrones hasn’t been an especially good show since season 4.

But you’re wrong. Like, historically, contextually, factually incorrect.

It’s. . . not. . . I mean I agree with you that it’s not a song to sing in 2018, or any time in the 21st Century at the very least. But come on, back in 1944, when it was written, it was not a case of a husband and wife saying “Hey! You know what we should do? Write a song endorsing date rape!”

I know it’s a meme and all, but it pretty much sums up my feelings toward the song:

Giant Days is absolutely fantastic; I grew tired of Allison other works (webcomics like Scary Go Round and Bad Machinery) because of its main characters and the more fantastical elements, but Giant Days has none of that IMO; I absolutely adore it.

I think it’s been a pretty great year for comics, maybe not for DC and Marvel but there’s been a lot of strong indie titles. When it comes to the big Two I’ve really enjoyed The Wild Storm, Thor (a character who never interested me before but who I’m now loving thanks to Jason Aaron’s work), Old Man Logan, Mister

I won't nit-pick Slowmotion any further than to say that when he referred to Gina Torres as ugly he lost all credibility with me. She's a goddess.
