Totally agree. Guardia Civil put more effort into fining drivers going 5kms over the speed limit than they did controlling safety here! Morons the lot of them !!

No it wasn’t restricted. Civil Guard moved them there. I was there, it was supposed to a safer spot. Nobody should be allowed to stand at the roadside where the cars reach high speeds. I was in the city centre where the cars had to go slow just so I could see the cars. I’d never put my little kids in that position.…
