This is true, but that picture isn’t it...As a total Canadian hick who used to spend time in the family sugar shack, I can tell that the syrup poured over that snow wasn’t boiled...The whole thing is that once it’s boiled it forms a really thick consistency instead of just soaking through the snow like in the photo.
