I just meant that there isn’t any space in the area. That’s all. I did go there. Wording (bordered or “boardered” lol) may have been poor. I meant it’s in the area of all of those things and no way in hell will Bel Air residents let us have an on campus stadium. But f*cking A..Y’all are such trolls calm down.

You also spelled “Trojans” wrong. What’s that saying about glass houses?

Lol yep. Im an idiot. That’s how I got degrees from two of the best schools in the country.

Those fields are in use. Again I went there. You clearly did not if you had to Google it. Not that big of a deal dude. Just pointing out the fact that there isn’t a lot of available space in one of the more expensive parts of the country and the area residents would never allow it.  Calm down.

Good job you *totally* made my point invalid by pointing out a spelling error.

I went to UCLA and would love to know where you think they could build an on campus stadium. UCLA is boardered by Brentwood and Bel Air, the 405 freeway, and a veterans cemetery.

What’s unfortunate is the negative reaction towards TS will only discourage white people from have these conversations with friends/colleagues.

Do you mean “out of line”? I don’t think “out of pocket” means what you think it means. Not trying to be snarky just FYI.

sounds good. Nice to see people can still respectfully disagree :)

Agree to disagree 100%. And yes they are absolutely not lawyers of course. But as jourlanists isn’t it their job to do some investigation?

But thank you just the same :)! We’ll see how it all shakes out I guess

The writers don't seem to have a firm grip on these concepts either unfortunately

To be honest? I’m not impressed with the writers if this is at all an indication of how they operate. It’s very apparent the vast majority (including this article author) didn’t bother to do any research into bankruptcy proceedings or what assets and liabilities are before asking questions of their new *boss* or

its unfortunate that the writers didn’t educate themselves sooner. they wrote about it before they had all the facts (not a good look for journalists)

First time poster- didn't mean to aim that at you as you clearly see the difference. Apologies

If you do not know what the LEGAL and ACCOUNTING definitions of “asset” and “liability” are, please stop before commenting and find out. It’s painfully obvious in the comments who does and does not know these things, and if you do not have a firm grasp on these concepts, you will never understand the legality of

People who are not understanding this point are not informed of what an “asset” and “liability” are legally speaking, or how bankruptcy works. It's unfortunate.

The legal action against those 6 posts makes them a legal/accounting liability. No other posts are in that position so they stay.

“Keenan’s entire point seems to be that the difference between an “asset” and a “liability” is a frivolous lawsuit.”

I mean this with absolutely no snark, I am genuinely trying to help you understand what’s happening here. But you are the one who is totally wrong, but I just believe it’s because you do not understand the definitions of “assets” and “liabilities” as they are being used here. Which, unless you are an accountant, MBA,
