Tablets are low update-frequency devices that are a proven niche - clearly consuming media implies a budget that most people aren’t privy to. Seems like a bit of a missed opportunity not to transition to a full desktop based operating system over what is still essentially an operating system conceived for a 4 inch smart phone.
