Btw, I’ve gotten smacked with a few foul balls in the face or forehead since I got my new mask and thanks to the design I didn’t even feel them. 

Yeah i had a plate umpire helmet/mask combo that I got as a hand me down when I first started. I knew it was not ideal but I just wanted to get going with umpiring. I got smacked in the face with a foul ball a couple of months into it. I had a mild concussion from it.

I just joined Alaska’s mileage club and I’ve never been in an airport lounge. What does Alaska have in theirs? I’ll probably never get to the airport early enough to use one. But I fly out of Dulles in a week, so who knows?

Seriously though, is it just me or does he seem like a deeply good person (who happens to have a terrible illness)? I don’t recall someone being so accountable. I wouldn’t go so far as to say driving should not be a thing, but it should be viewed with far, far more skepticism. And if it was, we’d probably have had alternative fueled cars and computer assisted driving decades ago.

Yeah, the thing I can’t get over is the very obvious exploitation that occurs. For all my admiration of the abilities of the men and women who box, it is far outweighed by my hatred for those who exploit them.
