He’s a classic example of a guy that thinks he can get away with anything. Which is genuinely hilarious considering he’s been banned for a freaking year for doping and then comes back and dopes up. After this, none of his victories should be taken seriously.

I love how all the people in the comments screaming “anyone in New Jersey can qualify for this program” are missing two important facts stated in the article.

The two ‘welfare’ type programs with the highest levels of fraud in the US are Medicaid (~10% fraud) and the EITC (~24% fraud according to treasury). Medicaid fraud is typically committed by the provider or as in this case by under reporting income. The EITC is defrauded by people not declaring their full incomes.
